Cara Schnell

Cara completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Regina in 2017,
followed by her Master of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Saskatchewan in 2020. She
worked at a physical therapy clinic in Regina for two years before moving to Whitehorse.
Cara is a certified pelvic health therapist, with training in treating urinary incontinence and pelvic pain.
She also has training in providing physical therapy care to perinatal populations. Cara has an interest in
treating jaw pain and dysfunction (TMJ issues), which she developed through her work experience in Regina. She has her AIM
Physiotherapy Program Level 1 certification, and utilizes a combined treatment style of manual therapy,
education, and exercise prescription.
Cara is passionate about sport, recreation, and the outdoors. Her recreational interests include hockey,
snowboarding, fishing, hiking, swimming, and resistance training.
