Anne Milton BHScPT, BPE. Anne has over 30 years of experience in a variety of clinical settings. Anne attained her Bachelor of Physical Education Degree and Bachelor of Health Science Degree from McMaster University. She has clinical experience in Orthopedics and Neuromuscular conditions, Sport and Work injuries, Child Development, Injury Prevention and Senior Health Management. Recent work has included delivery of virtual assessment and exercise programs for participants with limited balance and mobility. Anne’s Physiotherapy Practice takes an active, client centered approach to assessment and treatment of various conditions. She utilizes manual therapy techniques along with active mobilization in rehabilitation of injuries. She is trained and certified in Bone fit, GLAD, and TIME at home exercise programs. In her leisure time Anne enjoys a variety of outdoor recreational activities including Hiking, Nordic skiing and fat biking. She continues her childhood passion of figure skating as both an athlete and a coach and plays recreational pickleball.
