Classes start the week of Jan 8 and go to Feb 16

  • Mondays: Test your Strength, Balance, Power and Core strength
    Time: 7:30
  • Wednesdays: Total Body Strengthening
    Time: 6:30 am
  • Thursdays: Squat Class!!! with a touch of upper body and a hint of core
    Time: 7:15pm

Location: CGC clinic

Cost: $120 per session
